Are these the first CyberTracker evaluations ever held in the Rockies? The first one sold out within two weeks, so we scheduled a second. The second sold out in 5 day so we scheduled a third session with Matt for August 10-11 with a free prep day on Aug 9. All sessions are filled. Scroll down to Wait List Policy to be added to the wait list. This far out, there will undoubtedly be cancellations. We are maintaining a wait list for all sessions. See “Refund & Wait List” Policy below.
This will indeed be epic. Our instructor/evaluator is Matt Nelson who spent spent months in these mountains researching mountain lions with Mark Elbroch. Matt knows this area like the back of his hand.

Financial Access Scholarship Program
If you’re involved in wildlife conservation and cannot afford the full amount, TCNA (Tracker Certification North America) offers a Scholarship Program. TCNA will consider these requests on a case-case basis. See information from TCNA below.
TCNA Financial Aid Program
The financial disparities that keep certain groups of people from having equal opportunities are particularly stark in the fields of environmental education, science, and conservation. TCNA is committed to doing its best to ensure that more people who desire it may attend our programs and training. To this end, we have recently created a fund dedicated to helping make access to our programs more possible, especially for these historically marginalized communities:
- Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC)
- LGBTQ+
- Women
- Low-income groups/individuals
To apply for funds to attend a certification fill out the financial aid application.
Funds are currently limited but TCNA is making awards throughout the year. The submission deadline for the Colorado Rocky Mountain program is April 15, 2024.
